	Project Manager Mission critical tool which automates all management processes. No other tool was able to give us consolidated approach which meets our requirements, so we decided to spent time and efforts to implement application which meets exactly our requirements, and follow our development processes & approaches. It keeps all communications with customers & between employees, tasks, estimates, reports, test plans, cases, planning, etc., consolidated & integrated in one place and provides an easy interface for accessing them. It helps to have proper managed developers and gives managers full picture of what was done, what is under development, plan next tasks. Customers can be given access to it, so that they could track how the project is being developed. Project Manager has many features for effective communication within the developers team and with customers. It has different levels of permissions for employees, thus protecting the product from any unauthorized updates and possible mistakes. Lots of other features in Project Manager make it especially useful in the development process.
	Source Safe Source control system. Initially we used Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, but discovered big speed and reliability problems with it, especially when many files, directories and versions were involved. We created our own system and successfully use it for more than 7 years.
	SQL Query Analyzer Replacement tool for MS SQL Query Analyzer. Optimized to tune perfomance of SQL queries, create/update SQL objects & manage SQL server run-time state. Also it was especially designed for effective remote access to SQL Servers.
	Remote Network Administrator Helps to automate & perform administrative tasks on remote networks, setup project deliveries, maintenance, notifications.
	Task Scheduler Effective tool for managing a big list scheduled tasks of different type on remote networks. Focus was set for complex schedulings, task dependencies, proper handling & notifications for any single warning or error during execution.

Our team keeps working on updating & implementing tools to simplify daily tasks related to software development & management.
